Puppies
Helios (Kicked out of Heaven) went to his new home and Loki (Jaunty Juvell) has few last days here before he will move to United Kingdom.
Puppies from Unai are doing great! They are very similary like U litter where Unai was born and have beautifull long legs. They have absolutely superb character, very friendly and open, playful, easygoing dogs. Andrea provides them a great care! I was there again and spent with Loki a weekend full of visitors. Deny (Levi Denver) went to the new home in Brno, Lance (Lancelot Denver) went to Slovenia to the owners of Pan Vision z Kovárny, Lilith Unai went to Poland, but first will spend few days in Alpen with the owners, and new owners visited also little "Cash" (Light My Fire), which will needs to stay here few more weeks. Next week Love (Lots of Love) will go to his new family. We decided to keep Chilli (Little Unai), so two boys are available yet - Lose Control (yellow collar) and Liquid Ecstasy (orange collar). Both boys have short body, with very nice angulation and lenght of neck and with nice expression. Liquid Ecstasy will be a bit more rich in colour. The males out of our breeding are also busy :-) s.Ch.Black Bandit z Kovárny was used with german female Akira v.Schatten der mir Folgt. Puppies are expected half of February in the von dem Schatten Hinter mir breeder. Xantus Zealous z Kovárny was used with slovakian Heidi Starý Machnáč, but it looks - unfortunately - that she is empty :-( C'Ya Soon! z Kovárny became first time father. In Finland breeder Ar'tfulfox's, black Satulakson Valon Virva gave birth to 2 sons and 5 daughters of him. His black brother Cute Black Cannibal z Kovárny was used first time also - with beautiful female Girl Power av Vikholmen, puppies are expected under Icelott prefix in Norway. Ch.Noble Black Archi z Kovárny had two other females, 11.+12.12.2013 he was used with tervueren bitch s.Int.Ch.Ulkaine Unique z Kovárny and if everything will goes well, puppies of both varieties will born in Callistopeia breeder. Few days after Christmas, 27.12.2013, he got his late Christmas present with female Cikáda Orfi ze Ztracené zahrady, puppies will be bred under Storytelling affix. At the end, out Ch.Elyos du Moulin du Verger was used in Austria with female Kaisa Vitris Bohemia and hopefully this will bring first tervueren litter in Vitris Bohemia breeder.

New puppies:
All females from J and K litters are in new families. Both boys are still waiting for their trip to new home. The sites of J and K litter will be added soon.
Unai whelped eight puppies, Saturday, November 11th. We have five boys and three girls. Proud daddy is Denver des Pistes Noires. We have two available boys in this litter, ready to new homes with the new year. More information, pedigree and photos here.
Puppies are mentally and physically well developed for their age, they have excellent temperament and nice bodies.

Puppies from Perfectly and Vaori are doing very well. They are strong and big "teddies". Both puppies from Vaori are reserved, from Perfectly's litter we have one puppy female available. She is energetic, fierce, self-confident female with calm temperament. She has very nice prey-drive and is stable with noises. She has beautifull deep red colour. Puppies:
We are busy with puppies :-) Wednesday very early morning, Phenna (Perfectly) gave birth to her 2nd litter. We have two boys and three girls, all deep red. Puppies and the mother are doing great. One female is available. Current photos, pedigree and more information on the page Puppies.
Vaori is expecting her puppies in few days. We hope to get also some tervuerens in the litter.
And finally - unexpected - we have mated our Unai. Formerly we though she will come into heat end of the year, but she was quicker. I was searching the "Mr.One" for her for long time and also long time played the puzzle game with other breeders on the Facebook :-) Funny how most of breeders look only same direction to most known names. But I am allways going third way so my choice is unknown dog, but the very interesting and highly non-relative to Unai. I visited him and lot of his relatives during two trips to France. There are three boys (one black and two pure grey) and five black girls. Ch.Noble Black Archi z Kovárny had his first mating, all went well and Cindy Black z JBonda is pregnant. Puppies will born in z JBonda breeder. Vagabond Black z Kovárny in Danemark sired his other litter, dam is Team-Ami Nahla Blue and he produced one boy and three girls. Left us...
Some sad news ... Challenger z Kovárny had to be put sleep on July, 10th, aged 13,5 years. Few weeks after, his halfbrother Yamin z Kovárny followed him, aged 8,5 years (put slept on August, 21st), due to advanced osteosarcoma (bone's cancer). One day after, their 16 years and 3 months old mother Ch.Eleanor z Kovárny died (photos at the right, 16 years old). After several months we got sad news from Slovenia also - during police action, Illusion of Innah z Kovárny died under the wheels of police car.

Finally update :-) In past month we have had many activities. We participated at one show, superb Intensive training of herding for Z Kovárny dogs (thank You Jana Sommrová for arrange it for us), two days on defence weekend and did two matings. And (without my dogs) I was honored to judge Finnish specialty in Joensuu. August will be busy month too!
New puppies:
In late July, we organized two matings. Second mating of our five years old Phenna (s.Ch.Perfectly Unique z Kovárny) and first mating of her four years old black half-sister Vaori (s.Ch.Vaori Waikiki Black z Kovárny). I choosed Ch.Elyos du Moulin du Verger for our Phenna, especially with regard to the working ability. Both parents of the planned litters are absolutely fantastic in character, easygoing, friendly, lively nature, fanatical retriever and with big prey-drive. Although Elyos has partially french ringo-blood (the very succesfull working kennel Du Musher in his pedigree), he still has a very good exterier and so we believe, that puppies will be also suitable for exhibitions. We expect only red puppies, of very deep red shade, and full mask.
For Vaori I choosed dog of classic type - English gentleman Archie (s.r. pE Ch.Xanova Wolf Walker). Despite the fact, that Rival is in the pedigree, he will be on 4th generation of puppies and rest of the pedigree of Archi as well as Vaori is out of the most frequent blood of today. Archi and Vaori are lively, friendly and easygoing dogs with nice working abilities, therefore we expect puppies not only for shows, but also suitable for sport. More information on puppies page.

I am again so late with update :-((
Last two months were very hectic, we participate on many events every weekend. I was happy to be on training maxiweekend, unfortunately due to my duties only for two days. Dogs were so happy to see helper and do defence, after so long break they had (almost whole year). Video from defence here. I was very happy to meet again Giro, who fulfill my dreams for 110% :-)

Unai recovered well after the surgery and so we hope the unfortunate event will not bring any lasting consequences.

Congratulation to all our participants on FMBB World Championship last weekend! We had four dogs bred by us there:
A3 Kara Nica z Kovárny competed in Czech Agility team and did great! She qualified in to the finale and improved her last year's result for 14 places - ended up 6th in the finale. She was again the most succesfull czech agility competitior on FMBB WCh.
A3 Why Not Black z Kovárny competed in Slovenian Agility team and qualified in to the finale
Ch. Yethro Saphir z Kovárny competed in Polish Agility team and it was his first big event. He did not qualified in to the finale, but did great on FMBB World show by tooking CAC and BOB
s. Se. Ch. Alaia Black z Kovárny competed in Czech Obedience team and was placed 9th in two-runs competition. She sucesfull did exam in both runs and was placed 4th with Excellent in the second one.

Puppies:
All puppies from Gina and Hero are in the new homes. I will add page of CH litter soon.
Puppies from I litter are 6,5 weeks old and are doing well. Video from 6 weeks of age is here and many photos here. We have one available red boy in this litter. Puppies have very good character and will be suitable for dogs sports. More information here.
Unfortunately, this is end of good news about our puppies. Unai lost whole litter 63rd day of pregnancy, but thankfully she survived. In the 6th week of pregnancy we found out, that one puppy inside her is dead, but we had not much to choose - abort all puppies (which is very big hit for a female) or try to hold pregnancy under antibiotics. Unai was strong, so we decided to try it. Every week she had another ultrasound and all looked well. Last one was done 56th day of pregnancy. But 63rd day she wake up with high fever and even quick c-section cannot help puppies, who were all dead and in decay. We are all very sorry about it...
Our s.r. s. Se Sw T.s. Int.Ch. Daring-Devil became sire of next three litters - 3 boys and 6 girl born on March, 21th in the kennel Bohemia Alké, dam is Ch.Suri Bohemia Alké. There are some tervuerens in the litter also. 1 boy and 6 girl born on March, 25th in polish breeder Alta Escuela, dam is JCh.Jyotika Alta Escuela and finally 3 boys and 2 girls born on April, 9th in the kennel Malevil Bohemia, dam is JCh.Arisa Malevil Bohemia. s. Se. Sw. T.s.Int.Ch. Saphir Zealous z Kovárny became sire again - 4 boys and 1 girl born March, 31st in the italian breeder Luavjan's (dam Luavjan's Elite) and 4 boys and 1 girl born on April, 4th in german breeder Desertum Sinethi (dam Arielle v.Desertum Sinethi). At the end of March, our Xantus Zealous z Kovárny had another "wife" - this time Bästdals Kari from Polish Windream kennel. Also z.Ch.Argent Brut z Kovárny had new mating with Hannah Anubis the Second, mated on March, 10th (puppies will born under affix Maratan at Slovakia)

Puppies:
Puppies from Gina adn Hero are growing well, except the smallest one who lost his battle. So we have two boys and four girls, all are extremly red and extremly curious :-) We are not taking any more reservations at the moment. New photos are regularly added to the Facebook's album.
Also Lili (Really) is mother now. First of March, one black boy, one black girl and two red boys came into our world. It was first time for Lili and Alena (her coowner), but they did well :-) Both black puppies are already spoken for, red boys are available still. Photos here.

Ch.Lutin z Kovárny mated german female Benja v.Schäferfichten, on March 20th+21st. Puppies will born in kennel v.d.Wilden Erlen in Germany.

Finally some update, after long long time. I am still so busy with my dogs and I do not want to spend time with website... then I accumulated lot of news ... and even more I did not have will to spend more time with it. Puppies:
We have loooot of puppies news! H litter is in new families, except of "little stink" Heroin, who decided himself to stay with us ..LOL. His sister Hannah stay in co-ownership. We will add pages of G and H litter next time, as well as Heroin's own page.
We entered into new year with three planned or realised litters.
Gina whelped litter of three boys and four girls, Tuesday, February 5th. It was not easy story about the mating and litter, but everything solved out and we finally have beautifull deep red puppies. Thanks to my brother, who did the "adrenalin trip" to Belgium and back with me and thanks to Marie, who took care about Gina when she was whelping (and I was those time more then 1000 km far from home). Marie was clever girl :-) Instead of 3-4 (by the veterinarian) expected puppies she conjured up seven pupps! Not the easy work :D. One boy and one girl available, more at Current Puppies.
Finally we did also first mating of two girls, who's time is running. Almost five years old Lili is pregnant with Ferpy, it is intervariety litter and we expect black and maybe also red, or possibly grey puppies end of February. Puppies will be raised in the family of Eva and Alena Dýnková, where Lili lives. Four years old Unai was mated by beautiful Dzeus in France and if all will goes well, puppies will born start of April at home of Andrea Pavlíčková, co-owner of Unai. Again, our dogs and dogs bred by us had diligent early spring :-) Our Ch.Elyos du Moulin du Verger mated black female River Black z Kovárny on December, 27th. Puppies will be bred under Z Henrisaru kennelname. Our s.r. s. Se Sw T.s. Int.Ch. Daring-Devil mated even three females - beautiful Ch.Suri Bohemia Alké was mated on January, 17th and 19th (puppies will be bred under Bohemia Alké kennelname), in Poland, breeder of Alta Escuela expect puppies from him and JCh.Jyotika Alta Escuela (mated on January, 20th) and finally JCh.Arisa Malevil Bohemia was mated on February, 6th+7th and puppies will born under affix Malevil Bohemia. s. Se. Sw. T.s.Int.Ch. Saphir Zealous z Kovárny had two new "wifes" - beautifull grey Luavjan's Elite is pregnant and will have puppies in Luavjan's in Italy (mated January, 25.+26th) and red Arielle v.Desertum Sinethi was mated on 30.01.-01.02.2012 and will have puppies in Germany in Desertum Sinethi.

TOP-TEN competition in CZ - results for 2012 year were published. In this competition, we did again great! Unai was Best Tervueren, Best adult Belgian and Absolut winner through varieties, sexes and categories! The Best young Belgian was Black Bandit, while his sister Black Bamity won category of young Groenendael females, Konichiwa won best young Malinois and Dashur Djalli and Divine Venus won categories of young Tervueren males, resp.females. Best Groenendael was easy Alaia Black z Kovárny. The best stud through varieties was Noddy Black and Eclaire got best Groenendael brood bitch. Many others dogs bred by us took top results in this competition and we also won title of Best Groenendael breeder, Best Tervueren breeder and Best breeder through varieties. More here

Kara Nica z Kovárny again qualified for FMBB World Championship in Agility and went through qualification as a best from CZ :-) We hope she will do at least such good like last year in Italy.
